The NALS rate and room block is subject to availability up to 60 days prior to arrival and any used rooms will be released. A 2 day pre/post event stay at the discounted rate also is subject to availability. This is the newest waterfront hotel located at the end of Beacon Avenue. Breakfast and underground parking is NOT included. Due to space constraints, underground parking is limited 1 vehicle per room at $10/day. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, a bakery, and grocery store within a few block radius.
